Terez is a fighter, honest, dependable, hardworking, trustworthy, and an extremely knowledgeable agent! I know first-hand because she exhibited all those qualities, plus more, throughout our real estate transaction.

Making the decision to sell and purchase a new home is an extremely stressful decision. My husband and I have heard nightmare stories from many others. However, Terez truly made the process easy for us. As promised, she guided us every step of the way from selling our house to purchasing a new one for our family.

We debated on selling our house for sale by owner, however; going through this process I am honestly thankful we chose Terez as our agent. We were able to get more money for our house than we first anticipated. Yes, we had to pay a commission at closing, but getting more for our house than we originally thought made it profitable and with fewer headaches!

Terez actually sold our house twice! The first time in 7 days and the second in ONE day! When the first buyer backed out of our contract, Terez assured us that everything would be okay. The very next day she had an open house and that night we had two offers! She was right, everything was okay!

Words cannot begin to explain how thankful we are that we chose Terez to be our agent. The house we chose to purchase has an aweful agent. Terez fought for us EVERY step of the way. She stood up for us, spoke for us, and was right alongside of us through the multiple inspections we had to do. She knew what was right and made sure we, HER clients, did not get taken advantage of.

Terez was ALWAYS available to answer any questions, talk to us, or just listen to how our day went; even when she was on vacation in Alaska! I remember once she mentioned she had to go meet another client for a closing; I was shocked at first... You mean we were not her only clients? Terez made us feel that way. We were it, nobody else!

If anyone is trying to decide on an agent to buy and/or sell their home, I HIGHLY recommend Mrs. Terez Harris! We were lucky enough to have her as our Realtor, but now we not only consider her our Realtor for life, but our friend!
